My broadcaster account on the Tango app was suddenly suspended yesterday without any prior warning. I was streaming normally as I always do, and I am not aware of committing any rule violations. When I try to log in, I receive a “account suspended” notification and I am completely unable to access my account.
During the live stream, around 11:00, there may have been a brief appearance of a child in the background. If this is the reason for the suspension, I would like to clearly state that it was not intentional, and I will be much more careful to ensure that such a situation does not happen again.
Because of this suspension, I am unable to stream, earn income, or support my children financially. In addition to my main broadcaster account, my other high-level accounts have also been suspended, and I currently cannot access any of them. I tried to contact the support team through the app, but so far I have not received a clear explanation regarding why my accounts were suspended or any meaningful response.
I request that all my accounts be reviewed together, that I be clearly informed of the specific reason for the suspension, and that they be reinstated as soon as possible if possible. For your reference, the email address registered to my account is m*********@gmail.com.
