Tango Live Account Still Blocked After Temporary Ban Notification
I am writing about the blocking of my Tango Live account on July 9. I use Tango Live on an Android device, and at the moment of blocking there were approximately 112 USD remaining on my account balance. My account was blocked while I was conducting a live stream. During the broadcast, my young son accidentally appeared on camera, after which I immediately received a notification that my account had been blocked. In this same notification it was stated that the account would be automatically unblocked after a few hours. However, more than 24 hours have already passed, and my account is still blocked. Right after the blocking I contacted support through the Tango Live website, but there has been no response. I also wrote to the support email, and there has been no reply there either. Since the initial notification about the blocking, I have not received any further messages or clarifications from Tango Live. I ask you to review my situation, unblock my Tango Live account as promised in the notification, and give me the opportunity to withdraw the remaining funds of about 112 USD from my account. I hope for a prompt response and resolution of this issue, as I have complied with your rules and the appearance of my child on camera was accidental.
