Tango Live Streaming Ban With No Explanation From Support
My Tango account, which I use on iOS, was suspended this evening while I was live streaming, and I can no longer access my account or use the diamonds in my account. The only possible reason given is that my nephew accidentally appeared on camera during the live stream. Other than that, I did not violate any rules.
I had accumulated diamonds in my account, and because my account has been suspended, I cannot access or use them. Even though I contacted the support team through the app, I have not received any response yet, and I was not given a clear explanation of why my account was banned.
I am requesting that my account be reactivated and restored with all its features. If reopening my account is not possible, then I request that the diamond balance accumulated in my account be refunded at the very least.
