Tango Suspended My Account With $25 That I Have Earned

Hello, I have been a user on Tango for 3-4 years. Today, after I tried to withdraw my earnings which were $25, I got asked to verify my account which I did succesfully, but after 5 minutes I got banned and I can't even log in anymore to even try to withdraw them again . My account has $25. I really need the money and I've worked hard to earn it, please, make the withdrawal possible with my visa card I have connected to the account. This is the fourth time I'm redeeming money from the app and I've never experienced any problems before that. I urgently need assistance with this matter. I've tried to reach your customer support, but I haven't received an answer until this very moment. I'm genuinely, really disappointed with how this is possible and how an account with earned money inside can be banned without a notice or even an email sent from you. I just want the amount of $25 that I have earned to be simply transferred to my Visa bank card. That's all. Thank you in advance!
