I hadn't used the Tango app for two months and when I logged back in, I noticed that my remaining $90 dollars had disappeared. I was never warned that taking a break from the app would result in my hard-earned money being deleted, so this came as a complete surprise. It seems that Tango doesn't value its customers and will delete their money without any warning or explanation. I demand that my $90 dollars be returned to me immediately and that Tango takes steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again. If I do not receive reimbursement, I will continue to make my displeasure known on all available complaint channels.
