Tango App Messages and Gifts Not Delivered Despite Deductions

I have encountered a frustrating issue with the Tango app. When a user blocks you, the messaging page remains the same, leading you to believe your messages are being sent. However, they are not visible to the recipient. Based on this misleading interface, I sent gifts to a few friends, assuming they would receive them. The gifts were deducted from my balance, but due to the block, they were never delivered.

Even after the recipients unblocked me, the issue persisted, and the gifts were still not received. This is unacceptable as my balance has been reduced without the gifts being delivered.
