Tango Live Gift Not Received – Tokens Deducted but No Delivery

I sent a gift via the private messages section on Tango Live, but the recipient never received it. This has now happened twice, and yet my tokens were deducted both times. I am extremely frustrated and demand a refund for the missing gifts.
I have tried to reach Tango customer service, but there seems to be no direct support number. Where can I file a proper complaint? Should I report this issue to an external authority?
If anyone has encountered the same problem and managed to solve it, please share your experience. Tango Live, this is unacceptable—refund my tokens immediately!
