Tango Live Keeps Removing Me From All Streams

I have been using the Tango Live app on my Android device, but for the past two weeks, I keep getting suddenly removed from every live broadcast, regardless of the time of day. This happens with all streams, including those of broadcasters I follow. Each time, I receive the same pop-up message: “You have been removed from the live stream.” No additional warnings, notifications, or explanations are provided.

To troubleshoot, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, ensured it is updated to the latest version, and even restarted my device multiple times. However, the issue continues without any improvement.

My account username is ekremyildiz90. I also contacted Tango Live customer support, but I have not received any response so far. In addition, I do not have any active subscriptions or payments on my account.

I am requesting a clear explanation of why I am being removed from streams and a permanent resolution to this ongoing problem.
