I Face Tango App Crashes on Samsung Galaxy A73 5G During Live Streams

For about three months, I’ve been experiencing an issue with the Tango app on my Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. When I join certain live streams, the app automatically closes after a short time, and I’m kicked out of the broadcast. The problem occurs on both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.

I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. There are no error messages — the app simply shuts down unexpectedly. I have no issues with payments, and I regularly use the app’s paid features. This problem only happens with some specific broadcasters, and it occurred again today.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the app be fixed to prevent this recurring error.
