Requesting Immediate Review After Unfair Tango Account Block

I have been using the Tango app for years and truly enjoy it, but since last night, I have been completely unable to log in from my Android phone. Even when I try using different accounts, I encounter the same issue every time—only a message saying “Read the Guidelines” appears, and I cannot access my account.
I do not believe that I have violated any rules, yet it feels as if I have been suddenly blocked for no reason. Over the years, I have been an active user on the platform and have purchased many virtual gifts. Despite this, being restricted without any explanation feels unfair and unjustified.
The email address associated with my account is s******@gmail.com**. Because I cannot log in through the app or access the support section, I am also unable to contact the Tango support team. I am requesting a clear explanation for why my account is blocked and, if this restriction is unjustified, that it be removed immediately and my access be fully restored.
