Tango Device Ban Issue Not Resolved After Reinstalling App
While watching a live stream on the Tango app, I suddenly received a message saying, “Your device has been blocked. Please read the Tango guidelines for more details,” without any prior warning or explanation. Since that moment, I have not been able to use the app on my device at all. This issue has been ongoing for approximately 1–2 months.
During this time, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and logging back into my account, but the device ban has still not been lifted. I am not aware of violating any rules, and no explanation has been provided to me regarding this issue.
I am requesting that Tango review and remove the device ban placed on my device, and if there is a specific reason for this action, that it be clearly explained to me. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time and would like to use my account normally again.
