I Can’t Log Into My Tango App Due to Ongoing “Read Guideline” Error Blocking Access

For a while now, I’ve been completely locked out of my Tango account. Every time I try to log in from my device, I get the same frustrating message: “Read the guideline”—and that’s it. No clear explanation, no way to bypass it, and no option to appeal or fix whatever the issue might be. It feels like I’ve been randomly blocked without any reason.

I have tried multiple times to access my account, but it just won’t open. I’ve followed all the steps and attempted logging in from different devices, but the result is the same. There was no violation, warning, or suspicious activity on my part.

This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve received no help from Tango’s support team. I’m asking Tango to immediately lift this restriction, explain why this is happening, and restore access to my account. I’ve spent time and energy on this platform, and I deserve to use my account without these unfair blocks. Please help me regain access without delay.
