Demanding Refund and Permanent Ban After Tango Live Scam
Through a link I shared on the Tango Live app, a female user reached out today and scammed me and many other people, taking a total of approximately 25,000 TL (about $580 USD) through fraudulent means. This person is deceiving users on the platform and unlawfully collecting money.
After the incident, I reported the situation through the in-app complaint and reporting section on Tango Live. However, I do not believe that this alone is sufficient, which is why I am also submitting this complaint here. The fact that fraudulent activities can be carried out so easily within the app is extremely disturbing to me.
I am requesting that Tango Live immediately identify and permanently ban the account involved in this fraud and that a proper investigation be conducted to recover and refund the money taken from me unfairly. I also ask that stronger security measures be implemented so that similar incidents can be detected more quickly and other users are not victimized in the future.
