I Cannot Access My Tango Account After Suspension Without Any Reason

My Tango account, registered under the username “Deniz orada”, was suddenly suspended today without any explanation. When I try to log in, I only receive a message saying “Your account has been suspended, not eligible” but no further details are provided. This is extremely frustrating because I did not commit any violations or unusual activity on my account.
The most concerning part is that I currently have a balance of about $80 in my account, and since the suspension I cannot access or withdraw these funds. Losing access to my own money without justification feels completely unfair and leaves me with no way to protect my balance.
To make matters worse, there is no customer support number or proper help channel to reach out to. I searched through the app but could not find a direct contact option for resolving such urgent issues. This lack of transparency and support adds to the frustration.
I demand to be informed of the exact reason my account was suspended, and I request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. At the very least, I must be given access to the funds in my account. Tango should provide users with clear communication, proper support channels, and fair treatment.
