I Face Tango Live Account Suspension as “Inappropriate” With $166 Balance Lost

I was using the Tango Live app on my Android device, and on September 7, 2025, my account was suddenly suspended with the label “inappropriate account.” No clear explanation or evidence was provided, other than a short in-app notification. Since then, I have been completely blocked from accessing my account.
My account username is Pink Dolunay (dürüst), and I usually access Tango from Konya, Turkey. This issue started about an hour and a half ago and is still ongoing. What makes this situation worse is that I had a balance of $166 in my account, which I can no longer access. This creates a direct financial loss for me.
I attempted to resolve the problem by reopening my account through the app, but it did not work. I also could not find any official contact number or proper support channel to reach Tango’s customer service. No response has been provided to my attempts.
I demand a clear explanation of why my account was suspended, the immediate reactivation of my account, and the full protection of my $166 balance. This problem needs to be resolved urgently so that I do not suffer further financial and personal loss.
