Tango Blocked My Device Without Reason and I Can’t Access My Balance

Out of nowhere, I started receiving a "Your device has been blocked" error on Tango, and now I have no access to my account. I have no idea what caused this or how to fix it, but I urgently need help.
There is nearly ₺8,000 stuck in my account, and I am unable to reach it because of this sudden device ban. I am asking Tango to immediately lift the device block and restore access to my account. I worked hard for that balance, and losing it without explanation is absolutely unfair.
If anyone knows how to lift a Tango device ban, please help me. I demand that Tango resolve this issue urgently and give me my account and money back without further delay!
