Tandem Put My Account on a Waiting List and Never Approved It
After signing up for the Tandem language learning app, I have been unable to actively use the application. The system has placed my account on a waiting list, and because my account has not been approved, I cannot benefit from any of the features the app offers.
This waiting period has been going on for about one month. Initially, I was told that I would receive a response within 7 days, but no response has been provided so far. During this time, I also contacted the support team, but I did not receive any reply from them either.
I am requesting that my account be reviewed and approved as soon as possible, that I be removed from the waiting list, and that I be able to use the application smoothly without further issues.
