Unable to Access Old or New Tandem Account – Stuck in Verification for Months

My Tandem account was closed, so I created a new one. I was told I’d be informed within 7 days, but I’ve been waiting for months without any updates. I attempted to create another account, and once again, I’m being told that I’ll be notified in 7 days, but I can’t log in to either my old or new account. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I can’t access any of my accounts, and the long delays are making it impossible to use the app. I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please help me recover my old account or at least get access to the new one.
