Swiggy Took My Payment but Canceled My Order Without Delivering Food
I made an order on Swiggy, giving them the precise address along with all the necessary location details. Even so, the order got cancelled because they said they “could not locate the address.” Just 10 minutes ago, another delivery partner from Swiggy dropped off a different order at the same address without any problems. It honestly seemed like the delivery partner just decided to skip out on delivering the food and marked it as undeliverable instead. On top of everything, Swiggy straight-up denied my refund request, despite the fact that I never got my food. It's really annoying how there's no accountability here. It's totally unacceptable to lose both the cash and the food. Swiggy really ought to step up their game in training delivery partners and own up when issues arise. Watch out when placing your order.
