Swiggy Canceled My Grocery Order and Refused a Refund
I ordered some goods from Swiggy's grocery service, however soon after payment the delivery guy called to inform my home couldn't be served. My address is right within their delivery range and past orders have been placed without problems. Customer service told me the order was cancelled and denied a refund citing vague restrictions. The order details had disappeared from the app, without any trace. I sent Swiggy screenshots of my address and payment confirmation, but they haven responded to my emails or calls. It aggravates me this lack of responsibility and service. Should unsolved issues arise, I will forward the topic further and caution Swiggy users.
