SuperStep Took My Money but Did Not Deliver My New Balance T Shirt
On May 29, 2025, at 4:44 PM, I entered my card details through the app on my phone to purchase a New Balance t-shirt, and ₺1,678.90 was withdrawn from my card. However, the product does not appear in my orders. I submitted a support request explaining the situation, and I was asked to share the first 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card along with a screenshot showing the transaction. I provided all the requested information. It has now been 12 days. I’ve called customer service dozens of times, and each time they told me my email had been received, that they opened a request with the accounting department, and that they would speed up the process. But each time I was just stalled. It’s really disappointing that such a large and established company hasn’t provided any resolution in 12 days. I hope the refund is processed in the next few days, but after this experience, I will have to think very carefully before shopping from SuperStep again.
