Sweatcoin Not Transferring Earned Coins – "Mining Locked" Error

I have been using Sweatcoin regularly, and my steps should be converting into coins in my wallet. However, recently, my earned coins are not transferring, and I keep getting a "mining locked" error.

This issue did not exist before—in previous months and years, my steps were always counted, and the coins were transferred correctly. But now, despite walking the same way, my balance is not increasing. I do not understand why this is happening, and there is no clear explanation or solution available.

How can I unlock the mining function? I need a fix or a proper response from Sweatcoin support. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
