The most recent thing I bought from this company was a complete and utter disappointment. The Eternity Solitaire ring that my fiancé chose for me, set with diamonds grown in a lab, was his labor of love. We couldn't contain our excitement over the stunning 0.7 carat round-cut diamonds encased in 14K white gold. Sadly, though, we found out that one of the diamonds is actually twisted. We were disappointed by the response we received from the company when we attempted to reach out for a resolution. They let us know that they couldn't fix, replace, or exchange the faulty ring in any way. The high expectations for quality that come with purchasing an engagement ring make this situation all the more distressing. If anyone else has had this problem with this company before, and was able to resolve it, please share your story with me.
