Surveoo Says My Bonus Was Paid but I Never Received It
I completed paid surveys on Surveoo, and the platform stated that I would receive bonus payments as I finished the required tasks. In particular, I was informed that I had earned a bonus of approximately $320. However, more than 10 days have passed, and I still have not received any payment.
The platform shows the payment as completed, and at around 11:00 a.m. today I even received an email stating that the payment had been sent and that the funds were available. However, no money has been deposited into my account. I also have no way to submit a withdrawal request or enter my payment information. In other words, Surveoo claims that my payment has been processed, but there is no indication of where the money was sent, to which account, or by what payment method.
I request that Surveoo investigate this payment immediately. If the payment was sent to an account that does not belong to me, I expect a clear explanation and a review of all transaction records. I also request that the full bonus amount I earned be paid to my correct account without any further delay.
