Surveoo Wallet Balance Doesn't Match My Credited Earnings

The bonuses I earned on the Surveoo platform have been marked as "Credited" in my account history after I completed the required activities. However, despite being officially credited, these amounts have never been added to my main wallet balance. The approved earnings have remained untransferred for an extended period, and my wallet balance still shows $0.

Although this appears to be a clear wallet synchronization issue, Surveoo has made it virtually impossible to get assistance. The official support email addresses, including c****@surveoo.com**, are no longer working, and the contact forms on the website have been removed. As a result, users have no functional way to contact customer support or report technical problems, making the situation even more frustrating.

I request that Surveoo's technical team review my account associated with my registered email address and manually synchronize all bonuses marked as "Credited" to my main wallet balance. I believe it is unacceptable that my approved earnings have not been transferred to my wallet and that there is no accessible customer support available to resolve this issue. I expect my earned rewards to be credited without further delay.
