Sürat Cargo Lost Shipment
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a seller on Trendyol, and I encountered an issue with a return shipment sent by my customer through Sürat Kargo (PORT KARGO VE LOJİSTİK A.Ş.) As seen in the attached documents, I received notifications that the shipment was out for delivery on August 27 and 28. However, the shipment was not delivered on either day. On August 30, a public holiday, the shipment was delivered while my office was closed due to the holiday. I informed the delivery staff that my office was closed because of the holiday. I mentioned that I had been waiting for the shipment during the previous two days, despite the notifications, but it had not arrived. I also informed them that I would pick up the shipment from the branch instead. However, the shipment was marked as delivered in the system, which led to the automatic acceptance of the return on Trendyol. My compensation request regarding this matter has not been addressed for six months. I kindly request your urgent attention and resolution of this issue.
