Sürat Kargo Hasn't Delivered My Trendyol Order for 7 Days Despite Saying It's Out

I made an order on Trendyol, and it got passed to Sürat Kargo with the tracking number 1839112176168. The package showed up at the Altınşehir branch on October 1st, which is where deliveries go down. I've been getting notifications for the last week that my package is out for delivery, but no one has actually delivered it. This has thrown a wrench in my plans, especially since the order was meant to be a gift, and now I'm stuck in a pretty uncomfortable situation. I’ve reached out and voiced my concerns twice now, and both times I was assured that the problem would be fixed, but nothing has improved. I’m seriously asking for my package to be delivered ASAP, because this whole situation has dragged on way too long without any real action.
