My Online Order Was Left at the Courier Branch and Never Delivered to My Home

On September 19, I placed an order through Trendyol for an English Home room fragrance. My order arrived at the Sürat Kargo Mobilyacılar Branch on September 20, but since that day it has been kept at the branch and never sent out for delivery. Although the estimated delivery date was shown as no later than September 22, several days have passed and the package has still not been delivered. When I called the branch, the woman who answered did not help me, spoke to others instead, and simply told me, “Come and pick it up from the branch.” Despite calling multiple times, I could not get any assistance or find anyone willing to take responsibility. I have faced similar issues with this branch before. I paid for my order by credit card, and I expect my product to be delivered to my home on time. I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible and that proper attention be given to the customer.
