I Have Been Waiting 11 Days for My Delivery

I’ve been waiting for my package to be delivered for 11 days. Sürat Kargo keeps giving excuses like “we came but couldn’t reach you” or “we called but couldn’t get through,” but we always have someone working at home, so it’s impossible that no one was there. Plus, this is a gated complex with a designated delivery area—there’s no need for excuses. They claimed they called, but no one has actually called. Despite submitting complaints 10 times, no one has gotten back to us. If they don’t want to deliver the package, they can just say so—we’ll come and pick it up ourselves. No one is resolving the issue or even responding. You wouldn’t even accept a greeting from Sürat Kargo, let alone a package.
