Sürat Kargo Package Held Ten Days Then Returned Without Notice

My 3-meter-long order sent via Sürat Kargo has been kept at the branch for 10 days without any notification being provided to me. During this entire period, I received no phone call, SMS, or in-app notification. I had previously ordered the same product twice, and both were delivered without any issues by Sürat Kargo, so the size excuse is inconsistent and unconvincing to me. This morning, I called the branch and clearly stated, “Wait until Friday, I will arrange for someone to pick up the product.” However, only about two hours after this call, the vehicle I sent to collect the item was told “we cannot deliver it” and “the product has been returned,” and the shipment was not handed over. Returning my product without my permission, despite my explicit request to wait until Friday, and still not providing any notification is unacceptable irresponsibility. As a result, my package was kept at the branch for 10 days with zero communication, returned arbitrarily despite my instructions, and not even delivered to the person I sent for pickup. Even though the same product was delivered before without any issue, today different excuses were made, causing both financial and emotional distress. I request an urgent explanation from Sürat Kargo, a resolution to my grievance, and the initiation of necessary action against the responsible personnel.
