Sürat Kargo Failed to Deliver My Order Despite Being Days Past the Delivery Date
My e-commerce order consisting of four items was shipped under a single tracking number and as one transaction. Despite being a single shipment, the items started arriving separately. I was told that the delivery wouldn’t be dispatched until all items arrived. Although the estimated delivery date was December 16, 2024, when I called today, I was informed that the second item had arrived while the other two were still at the transfer center. This is absurd. Four items under one tracking number are being delivered at different times, and despite the estimated delivery date passing, the package hasn’t even reached the delivery branch yet. My shipment was sent from Istanbul Sultanbeyli, and I live in Kocaeli Darıca, only a 45-minute distance. Yet, Sürat Kargo hasn’t managed to deliver my package or even bring it to the delivery branch for days.
