Sürat Kargo Branch Delayed My Parcels for Weeks and Ignored All My Calls

I have never seen such a poorly managed courier company like Sürat Kargo in my life. None of its branches seem to function properly, and deliveries never arrive. The Ankara İncek branch, in particular, is terrible. We’ve had to go there multiple times to pick up our parcels, only to have them search for hours, even when we’re standing right there. Can someone in charge step in and take action? We will continue to provide feedback and raise awareness to prevent further issues for others. Sürat Kargo/İncek branch, do your job properly and stop causing problems for people. You leave parcels waiting for weeks and don’t answer calls. People have to leave their own work to come to you. You’re quick to collect fees for deliveries, but where is your sense of responsibility when it comes to fulfilling the service? Enough is enough. Either close this branch or start operating responsibly without causing more inconvenience.
