Sürat Kargo Shipment Stuck at the Office for a Week with No Updates
I've been having some trouble with my shipment (80220180711683) from Sürat Kargo. It's been stuck at their Ankara Beypazarı branch for about a week now and there hasn't been any progress. Whenever I make a call to inquire about the delay, they consistently attribute it to a high volume of orders and show no initiative in actually sending my package. I took the initiative to file a complaint, hoping it would lead to some action, but unfortunately, there has been no change. It's really annoying to be kept in the dark without any clear answers or solutions. I would like to receive my shipment as soon as possible, and I am simply requesting the standard service that was initially promised to me. By now, I'm uncertain about any other possible actions to make them acknowledge the seriousness of my problem.
