My Shipment Is Stuck Because Sürat Kargo Delayed Delivery
My shipment with tracking number 10076492512412 sent via Sürat Kargo has not been delivered for over a day, despite being within Istanbul and only 100 meters away from the Denizköşkler Branch. Since the morning of October 17, 2025, my package has been waiting at the branch without any delivery attempt. As the delivery address is a government office, it will be closed over the weekend, meaning the delivery will be delayed until Monday. I have experienced similar issues with this company before. What kind of company are you that you think you have the right to victimize people? Are you doing this arbitrarily? Don't you have a higher-level team or manager overseeing you? Don't you have a management that monitors, reports, and holds you accountable for your work and performance? Is there no one to contact at your company? Why hasn't my package been delivered to me yet? Is there anyone in this company who can answer these questions?
