My 8 Shelf Wardrobe Was Not Delivered by Sürat Kargo

The wardrobe delivery from my Trendyol order number 7270022725774765 has not been made. Sürat Kargo Bereç branch refuses to deliver the 8-shelf wardrobe, claiming they don't want to carry it. For the past two days, the system has shown that it's out for delivery, but no one has come. I stayed home specifically to receive the delivery, but it was a complete waste of time. I even tried reaching Trendyol customer service, but they were of no help either. I called the branch multiple times, and they kept saying they would deliver it. Now, without even contacting me, they’ve logged a note saying “customer refused delivery” and are planning to return the item.
