SuperStep Refused to Replace Defective Adidas Shoes After Just a Week
On October 19, 2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas sports shoes from a SuperStep store. I used the product for only one week, but during this short period, pilling and wear occurred on the inside of the shoes.
I took the shoes back to the store and requested an inspection, but I was informed that the issue was deemed “user error” and therefore my request was rejected.
I am disappointed that a product from a globally trusted brand has shown such visible wear in such a short time, and that the issue was dismissed as user-related.
I kindly request a replacement of the defective product.
