“After I wrote a notification on Şikayetvar, I was called by SuperStep customer service within 1 hour. The shipment sent to me was canceled, and my refund was processed within 3 days. Thank you for resolving our grievance.”

I purchased Skechers D'Lites from SuperStep on March 30, 2024, and within just six months, the shoe tore at the flex point. I sent it to SuperStep for warranty inspection, but they denied my claim, stating it’s not a manufacturing defect. How can a shoe tear in just six months of use? I’ve never experienced this issue with other brands—only with Skechers.

Despite being advertised as covered under a two-year warranty, it seems SuperStep isn’t honoring the guarantee. This lack of accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. I demand a proper resolution and for Skechers and SuperStep to stand behind their product. If the issue isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to escalate the matter further.
