Turkcell Superonline Did Not Provide the Promised WiFi Device
I wanted to renew my subscription with Turkcell Superonline. When I called customer service, I stated that I wanted to join the 24-month commitment campaign that includes a Wi-Fi router. After listening to the contract terms for half an hour, they told me that the device was out of stock and I couldn’t switch to that campaign. This is the second time I’ve experienced this. My current campaign ends on July 1st, and I’m unable to renew it for another 24 months. If the device cannot be provided, then why is it still being advertised on your website and in your promotions as part of the campaign? I would like to be informed about this situation. As a long-time Superonline customer, I believe you should not leave your customers in such a difficult position.
I was called today and my procedures were completed, and it was stated that the device would be delivered tomorrow. Thank you for their attention.
They said the product was being sent, but it was not delivered and we were not called. We had to wait at home for the product.

In my phone app, it says 'Your complaint has been resolved.' Requesting a modem and not being able to solve the problem shouldn't be this difficult. I urgently request a response. Neither your customer representatives nor the center are helping.
