My Inconvenience With the Turkcell Superonline Installation Process

I applied for a new customer subscription with Turkcell Superonline. The team that came for the installation said there was no available port in the building and left without connecting anything. It's been 8 days since my application, and in this time, I've spoken with customer service at least 20 times. Everyone gave different directions, and I was told that the process could take up to 90 days, and that a request had been made for a new port to be opened. When I visited a nearby Turkcell store, they informed me that there were more than 10 available ports and that this was impossible. The technical team's lack of professional competence is causing me to suffer for weeks. When I told customer service about this, mysteriously, they also claimed to see the available ports. They're basically mocking people. Now I'm waiting for my complaint to be reviewed and for them to get back to me. I call customer service 5 times a day, and they all give different information. I’ve never seen such a poor solution process. Anyone who doesn’t want to experience stress and frustration should avoid Superonline.
