Turkcell Superonline Charges Me More While New Customers Get Cheaper Internet

I am a Turkcell Superonline 24 Mbps internet package user and have been paying ₺565 per month for about a year. My contract period will end in October, and when I last spoke with customer service, I was informed that the new price would be ₺700. However, the promotional campaigns offered to new customers are not applied to existing ones, which I find unfair. I live in Ankara, and my subscriber number is 63597844. I have no issues with connection quality, but I am experiencing grievances due to this pricing policy. I request that existing customers also be provided with the advantageous campaigns offered to new subscribers. I am boycotting Turkcell.
