Turkcell Superonline Free Tablet Promise Not Delivered After Renewal

Last month I extended my Turkcell Superonline internet and TV subscription with the promise of a free tablet in return for my commitment, but despite this clear commitment, the promised tablet has still not been delivered to me. Since renewing my subscription, I have never been proactively contacted about the tablet. Because of this, I reached out to Turkcell Superonline customer service many times, and each time I was given a different delivery date, yet I still have not received anything and none of the promises have been fulfilled. My Turkcell Superonline customer number is 64343***. Since the free tablet commitment— which was the main reason I chose to extend my subscription—has not been honored despite repeated assurances, I believe this situation is unfair and has caused me to lose trust in the service. I request that my current commitment for this subscription be canceled immediately and without any penalty, as the free tablet commitment was not fulfilled, and I ask for written confirmation that no termination fee or similar charge will be added to my invoices.
