My Superlive account linked to the email address villacorta***@gmail.com was permanently banned on May 7, 2026, with the stated reason that I am a minor. This decision is not correct, because I am 35 years old and therefore meet the age requirements for the platform. I have worked very hard on this account and it is an important source of income for me, which I use for my kidney dialysis treatment. Losing access to my account has put me in a very difficult situation, both financially and emotionally, because all the effort and time I invested has suddenly been taken away from me. After the ban, I contacted Superlive by email to explain that I am 35 years old and to ask for a review of the decision, but I have not yet received any response. I am ready to provide a valid identity document, such as my ID card or passport, to prove my age and to confirm that I am not underage. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that I be allowed to submit my identity documents for verification, and that my account be reactivated if there is no other violation.
