Superlive Account Deactivated After Withdrawal Requests With $80 Unpaid

I am a streamer on the Superlive mobile application, and I recently requested several withdrawals of my earnings. On 20 April 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $20, on 22 April 2026, I requested $25, and on 24 April 2026, I requested $35. Shortly after these withdrawal requests, on 24 April 2026, my Superlive account was suddenly deactivated, and none of these three withdrawals, totalling $80, were paid to me. I had previously made a successful withdrawal of $25 on 23 April 2026 without any problem, so this sudden deactivation and non‑payment is incomprehensible to me. When my account was deactivated, the reason shown to me in the application was “multiple accounts”. However, I had deleted my old account a long time ago and then created a new account, and all of my recent work and earnings were on this new account. I have not used any other active account. My current deactivated account is linked to my email address: lili9***@list.ru. After my account was deactivated, I contacted Superlive support via email, but I have not received any response so far. My account is still deactivated and the $80 I rightfully earned has still not been transferred to me. I clearly request that my $80 in earned balance be paid to me without any further delay and that my Superlive account associated with the email address lili9***@list.ru be reactivated, without any further explanations or excuses instead of action.
