Superlive Ban Appeal for Incorrect Age Violation

I am writing regarding an unjust ban applied to my Superlive mobile app account today at around 9:10. The stated reason was that someone under the age of 18 was using the account, but this is completely incorrect, as I am the only person using it and I am 30 years old. My date of birth is 02/12/1996, and there has been no underage user on my account at any time. This situation is very upsetting because my account appears to have been banned without a valid reason and without any proper verification of my age. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and unbanned, and that this age-related restriction be removed, since I fully meet the age requirement. I expect my account to be reinstated as soon as possible and, if necessary, I am ready to provide proof of my age so that this mistake is corrected and does not happen again.
