SuperLive Did Not Send My PayPal Tipalti Payment


I am using Superlive from the United States and was supposed to receive a $35 payment on 01/29/2026 through the PayPal/Tipalti method I registered with. I have already received two previous payments from Superlive without any issues, so I do not understand why this payment was not processed or even notified to me. When I noticed that I had not received a payment notification, I contacted Superlive through their messaging system and explained that the $35 payment was missing. However, instead of clearly answering my questions, they repeatedly avoided giving a proper response and even tried to direct me towards paying in order to talk, which I find unacceptable while I am simply trying to get the payment I have already earned. I request that my missing $35 be paid to me via the PayPal/Tipalti account I am registered with on Superlive as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved without asking me to make any payment just to get support.

My Superlive account has been permanently banned today with a notification stating that I “can’t show my private parts.” I am requesting that my account be reviewed and reactivated, as I believe this decision is unfair.
I had been live on the platform for about 15 minutes or longer when the ban occurred. At no point did I intentionally show or expose private parts during my stream. If any image or moment was misunderstood or flagged in error, I kindly ask that you check the full stream recording and any relevant logs to confirm that I did not violate the rules in the way described.
I have already tried to reach out to support, but I have not received any response so far. This account is important to me, and I am ready to fully comply with all community guidelines and rules. I respectfully request that you review my case in detail, explain clearly what led to this decision, and, if possible, lift the permanent ban on my account.
