My Clash of Clans account with ID #29YQLPQYL has been illegally accessed and taken over by another person. After gaining access, this individual changed my registered email (m************@gmail.com**) and phone number (054****23**) to their own details. I have been struggling with this issue for about one year, and my account continues to be used without my permission.
When I first noticed the problem, I immediately contacted the Supercell support team and even followed up via email. Unfortunately, I received a negative response and no real assistance. However, I still have the original email and phone number I used when creating the account, which should serve as proof of ownership. Additionally, I originally used this account on my Android device in Kayseri, Turkey.
I am requesting that Supercell urgently restore my account to my original information, remove the unauthorized user’s access, and return full control of the account back to me. It is unacceptable for a loyal player to lose their progress because of unauthorized access while receiving no effective help from support.
