Supercell Refused to Help Recover My Hacked Clash of Clans Account
My Clash of Clans account, which I was using on my Realme 11 device, was stolen about 10 days ago. I managed to recover it shortly after, but it was stolen again on November 4, and I currently cannot access my account. The email address linked to the account is m*************@gmail.com**.
During this process, I contacted the Supercell support team, but they stated that the account does not appear to belong to me and that they cannot assist. I also have a receipt for an in-game purchase of $5 USD. I was using the account in Bafra, Samsun, and I want the security of my account to be restored.
I request that my account be returned to me and that the necessary security measures be taken.
