Clash of Clans Account Gone After Phone Reset—Supercell Help Didn’t Fix It

I have been unable to recover my Clash of Clans account and the Gmail account linked to it since 2022. After my phone’s storage was wiped, both my game account and my Gmail account were lost. My player code is #GLPQG00JC, my village name is GS_ASLAN_1905, and my Town Hall level is 9. At that time, I was located in Azerbaijan.

I contacted Supercell Support, and they gave me certain recovery steps; however, I cannot complete those steps because my Gmail account was also deleted. There were no payment transactions made on this account either. I am requesting the restoration of both my Clash of Clans account and my missing Gmail account. I expect further assistance and a clear solution regarding this issue.
