Ray Ban Sunglasses Scratched and Sunglass Hut Refuses Warranty Replacement

I bought my Ray-Ban sunglasses from Sunglass Hut on October 18th. I noticed the scratch 10 days later due to bad weather. When I took them to the store, they denied my request for an exchange, claiming it was user-caused. The store employees were not only unhelpful but also extremely arrogant and uncaring. I request that my sunglasses, which are still under warranty, be replaced with new, flawless pairs of the same model.
