In June 2023, I visited a Sunglass Hut store and purchased a Burberry-brand pair of sunglasses that had been returned by another customer. While I liked the glasses, they felt tight on my head, and I never found time to have them adjusted. Recently, I discovered a loose screw in the case, which prompted me to take them back to the store. Since the glasses were still under warranty, they were sent in for repair.

However, over 30 business days passed without any updates. When I visited the store to inquire, staff pulled the glasses from a storage cabinet, admitted they had forgotten to call me, and claimed I could resend them for repair due to an alleged "user error." I believe the warranty claim was never processed.

After resending the glasses, I received confusing updates. First, they told me the repair was complete, then they called back to say the issue was fixed internally at the store. This disorganized communication has left me feeling uneasy, and I have yet to pick up the sunglasses. I expect better service and clearer updates from Sunglass Hut to regain trust in their repair process.
